Admissions Policies

Our Admissions are open to children aged one year to five years for the preschool department and from six years and above for Basic one to basic 6, primary education across all the branches of Hope Schools.

Admissions are opened to the general public for all children of school going age in the First and Second term of each academic year ONLY. However, preschool learners (Creche – KG2) could be offered admission throughout the academic year depending on certain factors/considerations.

  • New learners seeking admission for P1- JHS 2 shall write entrance examination while preschoolers (N1-KG2) shall only go through oral assessment and number/letter identifications to merit their admission to the proposed class. Entrance Examination or Assessment on Mathematics, English Language and Science. (Pass mark is 70%).
  • The Admission procedure/process is that the parent must first contact the School Head of the particular Branch for a brief discussion about the prospective learner, then to the branch cash officer for admission bills.

 

The process is very smooth and does not go beyond 48hours unless otherwise.                      

Cumulative record book, previous school report card and hospital weighing card shall be part of the admission requirement document for the child’s history.

PAYMENTS:

Fees and school bills should be paid by Mobile Money (MOMO) or direct payment to the school’s bank account.  Fines for lost or damaged school properties; library books, textbooks etc. are paid via the same official bank accounts. Find details as follows: GA RURAL BANK / CONSOLIDATED BANK OF GHANA
